Kitchens


This unit of 6 drawers and 4 cupboards is made of tulipwood with an oak worktop and has a painted finish. It lives in The Wean, St. Asaph. I found it really hard to paint wood at first to hide the lovely grain and colours, but it’s getting a bit easier.
This plate rack is made of elm.
Both of these are made from Douglas fir which has mellowed a bit in colour.
This sink stand is made from sycamore with a granite top.

Made of sycamore this sink unit was made to look like the old butchers' chopping blocks.

These 4 images show the oak fitted full height cupboards with painted base cupboards in a u shape, combining oak full stave work surface and granite work surface. The kitchen included an integrated fridge and dishwasher, built in cooker, wine rack, 13 drawers and a host of cupboards.

Oak kitchen cupboards. Built to replace half the kitchen which was water damaged after a burst pipe while the client was on holiday. In a house near St. Asaph.
